1. Order Processing
All orders ship from China.
- US: Cut-off 5PM EST / 12PM PST (Mon-Thu, exclude holidays) for same-day dispatch;
- EU: Cut-off 9AM German time (Mon-Fri, exclude holidays) for same-day dispatch;
- Asia: Cut-off 3PM Beijing time (Mon-Fri, exclude holidays) for same-day dispatch.
Most orders will be processed within 1–2 working days.We do NOT deliver to freight forwarders, PO boxes, lockers, military bases or depot addresses, no liability for such shipments.
2. Shipping Cost & Transit Time
Free standard shipping for all orders over $99 USD.
- Standard Shipping
- US: 6–10 working days
- Europe: 5–7 working days
- Asia & rest regions: 4–6 working days
- DHL Express (Extra Fee)
- Transit: 1–3 working days, no weekend delivery
- Surcharge: $20–$50, varies by package size, contact support for exact quote.
3. Tracking & Customs
Tracking number will be emailed within 48h after dispatch.
Full retail value must be declared by law; local import tax & sales tax are buyer’s responsibility.
Orders subtotal over $800 (before discount) require extra customs review, longer processing time.
US orders cannot switch to alternative couriers.
